• — Deposit terms: $1,500 per guest holds your place. The deposit is not refunded in cash, but it is held as a credit toward another available departure.
• — Cancellation: more than 60 days before departure, a full refund of what you have paid, less the deposit. At 60 days or fewer, a credit toward another available departure rather than cash.
• — If CSTA cancels a departure: you are notified at least 60 days out and take either a full refund or a transfer to another available departure.
• — Land-only guests: you book your own flights and meet the group at OR Tambo. If you miss the group, your host coordinates your onward transfer, at your own cost.

• — Travel and flight insurance is included; policy details are sent after booking.
• — Guests may add extra cover. Your host can answer questions about the included policy details.

• — The forms on this site collect your name, email, and what you tell us. We use it to answer you and to manage your place on a departure.
• — Retention and your rights: reservation records are kept for accounting and legal purposes; inquiry entries are removed on request. Passport and traveller details are shared only with the airlines, hotels, and ground partners delivering your journey. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold.

• — Guests are asked to review the current US State Department travel advisory for South Africa before departure. The official advisory is published at travel.state.gov.
